Kindly read and understand the terms and conditions below.

All the visitors are requested to read all the terms and conditions under which they can purchase food and other products from picklekart.in. By ordering the product, we understand that customer has read and understood agreed for these terms may place their order as they would be subjecting themselves to the following terms and conditions for placing the order for purchase of food products, spices  and other products  that may be offered by Picklekart and/or its partners/ affiliates/  franchisees/ agents/ agencies etc.

Ownership: The picklekart.in is owned and operated by suviteeglobal Private Limited a Company in Mumbai. The Company hereby reserves the right to change or discontinue sale of any product, packing, combinations of packing if any, flavours and combination of flavours in any schemes, offers etc., offer, gift, contest, design, layout, content, platform, equipment, systems, programme, software.

DUTIES AND LIABILITIES OF CUSTOMERS: The customers shall furnish truthful, authentic, relevant, valid, current, fair information for e-store. The customers shall provide proof as may be required by picklekart.in to substantiate the information furnished. Picklekart.in shall not be responsible or liable for any inaccurate, false, excessive, outdated, irrelevant, information furnished by a customer.

ERRORS AND DISCREPANCIES: While PICKLEKART.IN takes every care and caution to make the e-store free of errors and discrepancies, it is possible for some mistakes to creep into the e-store by inadvertence, oversight, human error, innocence and honest belief in the information in good faith. PICKLEKART.IN is not liable in respect of innocent dissemination of such information.

While every endeavor is made to make the e-store free of any bugs, errors, viruses, failures, delay in transmission etc. PICKLEKART.IN does not guarantee that the site or any of the services offered would be free of bugs, errors, viruses, failures, and PICKLEKART.IN does not accept any responsibility or liability for any such bugs, errors, viruses, failures delay in transmission etc in the site happening due to external factors

PICKLEKART.IN reserves the right to make such additions, alterations, modifications, insertions, improvements, decorations for the betterment and quality enhancement of the material displayed on the site. The members shall also agree for such modifications to the website for compatibility with the technological advancement and the customer shall , without demur, agree for any changes that may be required to be made at the discretion of PICKLEKART.IN and also provide such information or material that may required for updation or upgradation of the site in view of any technological advancement.

PICKLEKART.IN does not give any warranty whatsoever either express or implied, for any advertisement material displayed on the site as to the quality, quantity, utility, originality, genuineness, legality, punctuality of any goods or services offered by third party Original Product Manufacturers (OPM) or its agents, business affiliates, associates, agencies, franchisees etc. PICKLEKART.IN also does not give any warranty whatsoever either express or implied, of any quality quantity of the products of OPM offered by PICKLEKART.IN for sale on e-store .

PICKLEKART.IN is not liable for any damages to any customers or consumers for any injury or damage or hardship that they might have been sustained by them on account of any error, failure, discrepancy, defect, shortfall, misdescription; any bugs, errors, viruses, failures, delay in transmission etc in the site. The customers/consumers of the site specifically agree to this and discharge PICKLEKART.IN from any liability whatsoever for the said acts.

PICKLEKART.IN or its staff or Directors shall not be liable for any of the claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses that any one has sustained in any manner whatsoever or likely to sustain in any manner whatsoever by the sale of any product on the e-store.

Only Courts at Mumbai shall have jurisdiction in case of any dispute or any legal proceedings.

Any breach or omission on the part of PICKLEKART.IN in enforcing any of the terms and conditions under which a product is sold will not constitute any waiver or estoppel on the part of the PICKLEKART.IN so as to preclude or prevent PICKLEKART.IN from enforcing any of the terms and conditions at a later date.

E-STORE SALES

General Terms and Conditions  of E-STORE :

ORDERS: Order will be received 24/7 365 days.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted, unless the product is defective in quality / Manufacturing.

Cancellation: Cancellation of orders will be allowed up-to 2 hrs from the time of order placed. Thereafter no cancellation will be accepted.

The cancellation can be done by calling our customer service team at +91 9372252812 and also by sending a mail to care@picklekart.in

All prices are in Indian Rupees. For International transactions it will be in USD

The picklekart.in will start processing the order after the payment is credited to their account.

The picklekart.in disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and context.

The Picklekart.in the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the sale of the products at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service. Any such eventuality will be intimated to the customer within 2 days from the date of order. Any payments made by the customer would be returned/reversed.

The Picklekart.in reserves the right to refuse sale of products to anyone at any point of time.

Registration Account details:- The customers shall provide Picklekart.in with accurate and complete information as required by registration, (“Customer Registration Data”), including, but not limited to, the legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number of the customer and promptly to notify Picklekart.in of any change in the Customer Registration Data. Upon registration, the customer will be allowed to access & place order on picklekart.in. The customer should keep the password strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. The customer shall promptly and immediately notify picklekart.in of any unauthorized use of their password.

Every care shall be taken to deliver the products to the intended recipient. But picklekart.in shall not be held responsible for any wrong delivery of the product based on the address given by the customer or if any person impersonates to be the actual recipient and takes delivery of goods.

Products Prices are subject to change without prior notice by picklekart.in.

Products availability is subject to change without prior notice by picklekart.in.

Picklekart.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been made via Credit card, Debit card and net banking. In the event the payment has been processed by payment gateway the same shall be credited to the credit card account and duly notified to the customer.

The Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

The products delivered will be replaced in case of any manufacture/quality issue.

 

 

WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT:

Picklekart.in takes stringent measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is remote possibility that a wrong product is delivered to you, in such a case, we will replace the product at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement or return of product is made within 48 hours from the time of receipt of product and in an unused condition (without opening the seal). There is also a remote possibility that the product may be damaged during transit. Please do not accept if the packaging is torn/ tampered/damaged. Usually the outer packaging reflects and gets damaged before the inner product is damaged therefore please verify the product condition in the presence of the delivery boy and avoid taking delivery, if the product is damaged. Reporting of damages subsequently shall not be entertained, kindly understand and call our customer service team at +91 9372252812 and also by sending a mail to care@picklekart.in
