  1. What are the courier channels available?

Our aim is to deliver your order at your doorstep fast and safe. Towards this effort, we have partnered with multiple courier companies like FedEx, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Aramex and DTDC to give you an efficient shipping experience

 

  1. How long does an order takes to reach me?

Our products are shipped from Mumbai, Maharashtra. It takes us about 24 working hours to process and dispatch the products. Average delivery time is about 1-2 days in Mumbai and about 5-7 days across India.

 

  1. I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

In such an the event that you receive a damaged product, please call and report us at 933621042 or write to us care@picklekart.in and we will resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

 

  1. What is the shelf life of these items and how to store them?

Shelf life of every product is mentioned on their respective product page. All Namkeens to be stored in air tight container not exposed directly to sunlight. For any other items shelf life please mail us on care@picklekart.in

 

  1. How do I order Bulk quantities on your site?

Our website is currently designed for selling small qty orders online. In case you need to order bulk / Corporate quantities of a particular item, you can email us your requirement at care@picklekart.in with a subject line as Bulk Enquiry and we will get back to you with the needful.

 

  1. How can I track my order?

You will receive messages on your registered mobile no. and email about the tracking details of your order. You can also check it on our website under “My Order” section. You can anytime track the order status.

 

  1. How do you ensure the safety of my order?

To ensure safety and maintain a uniform packaging, picklekart provides all its sellers with its own branded quality packaging material, including double-layered plastic bubble envelopes and cardboard boxes. Once sealed at the seller’s store, our packages cannot be opened and are tamper proof.

 

  1. Are you authorized to sell branded products listed on your site?

Unlike other sites, every product on picklekart is listed with written permission from the seller.

 

  1. Do you ship international?

Yes, most products are shipped international to many countries using internationally renowned courier companies. The product detail page will indicate if international shipping is available. Customers ordering from outside India can use Paypal to pay in the currency of their choice.

 

  1. Returns and Order Cancellations

We do understand that, in spite of the best care taken and sometimes for reasons beyond our control, on rare occasions, a product may reach you in a damaged or spoiled condition. In such cases, we will be happy to provide you with a refund of the order value of the product and shipping cost (if any) for the same. We can also send you a replacement product in lieu of the refund, if you so choose. Please contact our customer support within 24 hours; we may request you to provide us with a photograph of the damaged or spoiled product so that we can take it up with the seller. You will appreciate that, being fresh food products, returns are not possible and order cancellations are possible only before a product is made ready to ship.

 

  1. How is my price determined?

Prices of the products depend on the availability of its ingredients like raw mangos, lime, spices etc according to various seasons.

 

  1. What is your minimum order quantity?

The customer can order as much as they want in quantity no limit for the same.

 

  1. How will my products ship?

We have partnered with some of the couriers who will take care of the delivery. We try our level best to make sure that the product reaches you as soon as possible.

 

  1. Can you deliver product if I am local?

Yes, the products are been delivered to local locations also.

 

  1. Can I get my order sooner?

The geographic location of the customer is very important so it may take 5-7 days for delivering the product depending on location.

 

  1. If I don't like the product, can I return them?

NO, been a food item and highly perishable product returns will not be accepted.
