Vangibath Pudi is basically a south indian masala recipe from karnataka cuisine.It is a sumptuous traditional meal of brinjal and rice. Furthermore, vangibath masala can be used to prepare stir fry or palyas.Vangibath masala can also be used to prepare Masalabath.
The ingredients are red chilli,urud dal,chana dal,methi seeds,cinnamon,cardamomclove,coconut,coriander seeds etc.
Add oil, do the seasoning ,add cashews,green chilli,brinjal slices,salt,turmeric,tamarind pulp,Homemade Vangibath powder(4spoons) and made them to cook well. Add about 3 cups of cooked rice. Serve hot with curd raita and enjoy the great taste.
