Homemade Gongura Pickle


•Gongura is an excellent source of folate and a very good source of vitamin B6. Apart from this, it is a rich source of iron, vitamin C, anti-oxidants, calcium, iron, zinc and vitamin A. Gongura is telugu people’s favourite pickle. The fresh Sorrel leaves blended with authentic spices creates great taste when mixed with hot steam rice or in tiffin.
